The Managed Care Resource Alliance (MCRA) celebrates its first anniversary this month.
We are very proud of the accomplishments and progress we have made this year and in large part, they are due to the innovation and creativity our Members bring to this fledgling organization. Over the past year we have successfully onboarded 20+ vendors to the Alliance, each bringing a unique focus and depth of expertise unparalleled in the industry. Enhancing their individual contributions is their desire to create broader, more effective solutions through collaborative efforts among themselves. We address challenges the Managed Care industry continues to focus on (Member/Provider engagement, Care Plan compliance, Member/Provider Satisfaction and Loyalty) and, we believe our more comprehensive approach to resolution of these issues is the optimal approach. What sets the Alliance approach apart from many of the industry solutions is that we are not tactically focused, but more strategic in approach and realize both the direct and indirect value adds we bring to our clients.
