MCRA Workshop: Best Practices for Industry Event Selection

MCRA Members recently participated in a workshop with Aron Barkan, Founder of Strategic Solutions Network (SSN). SSN is a leading event organizer in the government health care space with several large executive conferences specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Managed Care. MCRA and SSN have partnered to promote industry events in the Managed Care space while offering MCRA Members exclusive benefits for attending and/or sponsoring SSN events.

In this workshop, Aron shared how to strategically select which conferences to attend, reviewed the value of attending, exhibiting and sponsoring, explained how to successfully network with attendees at industry events, and provided tips on how to best secure a spot as a speaker or panelist.
