Command Direct is proud to celebrate the engagement of its 10th New York Medicaid/MAP plan with our MyHEALTH DOCUMENTS™ Platform for Electronic Noticing.
Developed in 2021, MyHEALTH DOCUMENTS™ is a flexible platform configured to meet all requirements relating to the October 1, 2022, New York DOH Guidelines.
MyHEALTH DOCUMENTS™ integrates with delegated vendors, allows for alternative format requests, as well as email bounce management. “Automation is the center point of Command Direct’s print, mail & digital communication solutions, and the MyHEALTH DOCUMENTS™ platform provides a singular, simple home for member documents.” stated Gary Bolnick, President of Command Direct. “We are excited to provide our New York clients with a robust tool along with the expertise to transform their member communications.”
