MCRA Member Inspire Innovations will be moderating a panel discussion at the upcoming Medicare Star and Quality Summit, December 5th-7th at the Westshore Grand in Tampa, FL.
The panel discussion will focus on the Shift from Clinical to Member experience in the CMS Stars Program and six strategies for attaining and maintain high performance ratings. The panel will discuss the strategic importance of leveraging data assets including Complaint’s, Appeals and Grievances and other strategies for improving CAHPS ad closing the Gaps on difficult to achieve HEIDIS/HOS measures.
