Bill Abrams is a Health Insurance Marketing and Communications leader with over 30 years of experience in public and private sectors. He presents outstanding qualifications in all phases of internal and external marketing and communications. As a skillful developer of strategic programs for a variety of Managed Care plans, Bill has a proven track record of providing effective strategies, operational plans, and measurable results. He is extremely adept in business transformation and change, brand change, regulatory programs, and new markets.
Bill’s input and expertise will add tremendous value to our members and the enhanced solutions that MCRA provides to Health Plans and industry solutions.
As a strategic adviser to MCRA, Bill will participate in monthly MCRA discussions and share his insights on industry challenges from the payer perspective. Bill’s experience as an industry leader will help MCRA members understand the bigger challenges faced by Health Plans, and allow our members to properly position the solutions to support Managed Care clients. Bill will also participate in MCRA industry workshops and events, adding value through the payer perspective and his years of experience and expertise.
