Their unrivaled distribution network of 800+ vans & drivers, operating out of 50 distribution facilities across the country, offers more than four times as many distribution sites as the two largest MAO meal benefit vendors combined. LiveWell & Community Meals is the largest provider of senior meals in the country, producing and delivering 125 million meals annually to seniors.

LiveWell’s high touch delivery model is tailored for member engagement and satisfaction, optimizing CAHPS/Stars. Their proprietary technology platform is highly secure and designed with features to prevent material breaches as recently experienced in the industry, utilizing data encryption at rest and data storage on the same cloud storage as the FBI/CIA/NSA (AWS GovCloud). The software is specifically designed for Medicare Advantage to exceed HIPAA/HITECH compliance requirements and achieve HITRUST Certification. In addition, the platform offers multiple secure data exchange options and customizable, detailed H-Plan based reporting.
